1. Where are you located?

Since we are not a boarding house or kennel, we have pet sitter host-homes located throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Your pet sitter will be as conveniently located to you as possible, depending on service requested and availability. Top

2. Will my pet be the only animal in a home?

Yes. Once a home is reserved, that will be the only pet in the sitter's home for the duration of the stay. If you have a more socialized animal and would prefer a home with other animals, that can certainly be arranged, too. Top

3. Do you charge additional fees for holidays or weekends?

No and no. We have zero membership fees or dues of any kind. Our fee structure is the same no matter what time of year. Top

4. Will I get to meet my pet sitter before making a final decision?

Absolutely! All of our services include a complimentary in-home play date where you can meet your sitter face to face. For services taking place in your home, the sitter will come by at a mutually convenient time to meet you and your pet. For services taking place in the sitter's home, feel free to bring your pet along to check out the accommodations first-hand and to see the couch and bed they'll be sleeping on! Top

5. How do you select your pet sitters?

Our pet sitters are put through a rigorous application and screening process before they are invited into our network of professionals. We perform complete background checks for your assurance and conduct a portion of the hiring process in the potential pet sitter's home. We are insured and bonded through Pet Sitters International and they require our sitters pass a thorough home inspection to assure maximum pet security and safety. Top

6. How much advanced notice must I give before making my reservation?

We take great pride in the flexibility of our pet sitters. We know emergencies and last-minute trips are a part of life and have a wonderful track record of successfully placing last-minute reservations. However, the more notice you provide, the better we can match you with the ideal sitter. Plus, we do not charge any additional fees for last minute reservations. Top

7. Can I reserve the same pet sitter each time?

Yes. In fact, we prefer it. We know that pets appreciate consistency and routine. Once you and your pet establish a relationship with one of our pet sitters, a brief call into the company the next time you need us will have you set up in minutes with your pet's new best friend. Top

8. I'm traveling to New York with my pet. Can I use your service?

Certainly! We have specific options for travelers to the Big Apple. We can find a loving home for your pet to stay in, we can provide daily in-home day care or we can make hotel visits for dog walking and companionship. Top
